From Passion to My Own Food Truck

My journey in the food industry began in 2012, when I started working in Indian cuisine and gained hands-on experience in the kitchen. Over the years, I developed a strong understanding of bold spices, balanced flavours, and the importance of serving food that people truly enjoy.

In 2024, I proudly launched Mr. Chef’s Food Truck in London, Ontario, to bring that experience directly to the community.

At Mr. Chef’s, we serve fresh Indian and Indo-Chinese favourites like Veg Pakora, Chili Chicken, Biryani, Tikka Wraps, and Curry Combos. Located at 1120 Dearness Dr, we focus on generous portions, fair pricing, and consistent quality — serving food that keeps you coming back.
