My journey in the food industry began in 2012, where I gained hands-on experience in Indian cuisine and developed a passion for bold, balanced flavours. In 2024, I launched Mr. Chef’s Food Truck to serve the London, Ontario community.
At Mr. Chef’s, I prepare fresh Indian and Indo-Chinese favourites like Veg Pakora, Chili Chicken, Biryani, Tikka Wraps, Curry Combos, and Tiffin meals — made to order and served hot with authentic taste.
